Please note a new twenty-six thousand square foot spa is under construction at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island with an expected opening date of early December 2006. Work is taking place between 8am and 4pm with minimal disruption to resort guests. Fitness equipment, salon services and spa treatments are available in a temporary location on the second floor of the hotel's south tower during this time. The indoor pool, sauna and steam room are not available. * The Ritz-Carlton hotels in the United States and Canada are smoke-free. To accomodate the needs of guests who smoke, we offer special smoking areas outside of the hotel.
