La Costa Resort and Spa has just concluded a top-to-bottom, multi-million-dollar redevelopment. It now sports a brand new spa (Spa at La Costa with the Yamaguchi Salon), completely remodeled guest rooms, a new Clubhouse with a fitness center, a new ballroom (Costa Del Sol Ballroom), and two new restaurants (Legends and Rancho Grill). La Costa's two championship golf courses have also been enhanced. The entire resort, linked by walkways and washed in color by lush vegetation and gardens, enjoys a village-like ambience. La Costa Resort and Spa is legendary among spa aficionados and professional and amateur golf and tennis players. The first resort in the U.S. with a full-service spa when it opened in 1965, La Costa recently became home to the world-renowned Chopra Center.The resort has hosted PGA tour events for nearly forty years and it is the site of the World Golf Championships -Accenture Match Play Championship. The La Costa Suite is located along the first fairway of our North Golf Course. This oversized room has a separate sitting area and faces either the golf course or garden area. Each room features one King bed, a marble bathroom, vanity and a separate tub and shower. Spa Premium Spa Premium rooms offer an outdoor patio and either one King or two Queen-sized beds. Each room is located on the ground floor near the spa facility and overlooks either the pool or garden areas. This room features a separate tub and shower in the marble bathroom and offers a vanity and dressing area. This oversized room totals approx. 620 square feet. SANCOS Spa Room Spa rooms offer either one King or two Queen-sized beds. Each room is located near the spa facility and overlooks either the pool or garden areas.
