Property Description
The Best Western Country Squire is a hotel where one can experience the true meaning of Southern hospitality. The moment you enter the lobby you already feel at home! Our renovated rooms are not only clean and comfortable but furnished with a microwave, fridge, in-room coffee/tea maker, iron, ironing board and hairdryer! All of our rooms have a 25-inch screen television with cable and HBOŽ. Rooms with high-speed Internet connection and/or recliner chairs are available upon request. A free extended continental breakfast is served every morning. We are located close to the companies East Kentucky Power, EDS and the Industrial Park. We provide local call service to Lexington, Richmond, Mount Sterling and other surrounding towns. To experience our services is a must! We are located two miles from the city of Winchester, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Winchester features one of the nation's few intact Victorian downtown areas that is complete with antique shops and restaurants. While in and around Winchester, you can take a historic walking tour, golf at one of our public courses, catch a show at Leeds Theater for Performing Arts or take a scenic drive through the countryside and see old houses, stone fences and historical landmarks. You can also visit Hall's on the River or eat lunch in Winchester's very first firehouse. We hope to see you soon.
