The beach area has been renovated making it very attractive to people that enjoy leisure walks, rollerblading, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, or just people-watching. It is close to many activities such as golf, deep-sea and pier fishing, beach volleyball, restaurants, bars, theaters, shopping. The Ft. Lauderdale airport is approximately 35 minutes away and the West Palm Beach airport is about 45 minutes away. The Amtrak station is two miles away from where TriRail commuter trains offer service between West Palm Beach and Miami. An ideal location for a vacation but also strategically located for business people. The property has 30 units that include Hotel Rooms, Efficiencies, One and Two-Bedroom Apartments.
