Our four story property is home to 106 beautifully furnished rooms and three luxurious suites. Congress Hall is pleased to also have The Blue Pig Tavern, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as The Boiler Room, where you can dance until the wee hours of the morning.

Spacious room with lovely ocean views. All rooms are non-smoking Rooms in this class are oversized, most with king beds although some with two queens. Bright and airy bathrooms, most with 1920s style soaking tubs and separate stall showers are an amenity not to be discounted.

Deluxe Townview:
Spacious room overlooking historic and charming Cape May. Rooms are Non-Smking These rooms are perfect for families. Spacious and airy, many of our larger townview rooms have two queen beds. Whether your view is overlooking historic Perry Street or quaint Congress Place, you're sure to enjoy.
Prem ocean view:
Ocean View rooms are ideally suited for 1 or 2 persons and are non-smoking Premium rooms are ideally suited for two persons only as most have only one bed available. They are a bit smaller than deluxe, but have the same type of ocean view. These rooms have either a king or queen bed, and most have a standard tub and shower.
Premium Townview:
Town view rooms are ideally suited for 1 or 2 persons and are non-smoking Premium rooms are a bit smaller than Deluxe, but continue to maintain the pleasant setting of Congress Hall. They are ideally suited for two persons only as most have only one king or one queen bed and most have a standard tub and shower.

From New York: Exit Manhattan to New Jersey Turnpike. Take NJ Turnpike South to Exit 11 for the Garden State Parkway. Take the GS Parkway to the end, Exit '0', to 109 South. Follow 109 over the Cape May bridge onto Lafayette Street. Follow Lafayette approximately 2 miles to stop sign at Jackson Street. Turn left onto Jackson, and make an immediate right turn onto Mansion Street. Continue to stop sign and turn left onto Perry Street. Make first right onto Congress Place, and turn left into the reception area. From Washington/Baltimore: Take 95 North to Delaware Memorial Bridge. Follow Route 40 East to Route 55 South to end (at Route 47 South). Take 47 South to the Garden State Parkway South. Follow the Garden State Parkway South to end, to 109 South. Follow 109 South over the Cape May bridge onto Lafayette Street. Follow Lafayette approximately 2 miles to stop sign at Jackson Street and make an immediate right onto Mansion Street. Continue to the stop sign and make a left onto Perry Street. Make the first right onto congress Place, and left into the reception area. From the Cape May-Lewes Ferry: From the Ferry Terminal in North cape May, follow the signs for 109 South and the Garden State Parkway. Take 109 South over the Cape May bridge and onto Lafayette Street. Follow Lafayette approximately 2 miles to stop sign at Jackson Street. Make a left onto Jackson, and an immediate right onto Mansion Street. Continue until stop sign, and make a left onto Perry Street. At the first right, Congress Place, Turn and make a left into the reception area.

The Blue Pig Tavern will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Blue Pig, an eatery in the style of the American Bistro, places an emphasis on local seafood and produce. We are pleased to have a great restaurant specializing in classic seashore traditions. Room service is also available with a limited menu for your convenience.

Just a 10 minute drive to the Cape May-Lewes Ferry, where a peaceful 80 minute ride awaits you. Upon disembarking in Lewes, shop at Rehoboth Beach's many fine retail outlets. A 45 minute drive to South Jersey's gambling paradise, Atlantic City! Catch a high energy show at one of the casinos, or try your luck at the roulette wheel!
