Themed in the rustic beauty of the Florida everglades, the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7am to 9pm seven days a week. A full bar is also available along with a deli and ice cream shop.

The Bait and Tackle shop at the marina offers pontoon cruises, fishing charters, airboat rides, and nature cruises as well as selling bait and tackle equipment. Over-night boat slips and a boat ramp are also available. The Rodeo arena features a complete western style rodeo every Saturday night. The rodeo includes Bull Riding, Barrell Racing, Calf Roping, Calf Scramble and a Greasy Pig Chase for the kids. The Petting Zoo and Horse Stables will offer pony rides, trail rides and hay rides. The petting zoo will be home to a llama, chickens, goats, ducks, a milking cow and a pot belly pig. The Saloon will feature Friday and Saturday night entertainment provided by McKinley and Beggs, one of the top country and western bands in central Florida. River Ranch also offers miniature golf, bike rentals, tennis, child care, trap and skeet range, basketball and an arcade.
