2 queen beds w/lake view, living area, patio, fireplace, kitchen, dining table for 4 The 1 bedroom Lodge Villas at Cuscowilla are in the center of activity at the resort and each with two queen beds. The exterior boast Spanish style roof tile and stucco facade. The interior has a kitchen/dining area with some dishes and utensils provided, sitting area with a sofa, 2 arm chairs, fireplace and access to a private patio with views of Lake Oconee. The bedroom has 2 queen beds and a private bathroom with two-sink vanity, shower and tub. Also located in the area around the Lodge Villas is the Waterside Restaurant, Golf House Bar & Grill, a large resort style swimming pool and access to common docks.
2 Bdrm-Golf Cottage:
2 bedroom/4 queen bed cottage w/golf views, living room,gas fireplace,kitchen, back porch The 2 bedroom Golf Cottage is a two story nestled in the pine forests of Cuscowilla. The interior boasts native Georgia yellow pine wood throughout. The spacious 500 sq ft great room is highlighted by a large granite stacked stone fireplace and is fully furnished with sofa, chair, breakfast table for 4 plus an armoire with TV (cable), VCR/DVD and stereo. The kitchen is fully appointed with granite counter tops, double sink, disposal, stove, microwave, side by side fridge w/ice maker and plenty of cabinets along with all of the needed dishes and utensils. The views are of the golf course and outlying meadows and pond in the horizon.

The 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds each. The interior boasts a great room with living, dining and breakfast bar under vaulted ceilings. The spacious 500 sq ft great room is highlighted by a large granite stacked stone fireplace and is fully furnished with sofa, chair, dining table for 8 plus an armoire with TV (cable), VCR/DVD and stereo. The kitchen is fully appointed with granite counter tops, double sink, disposal, stove, microwave, side by side fridge w/ice maker and plenty of cabinets along with all of the needed dishes and utensils. There is a large back porch perfect for outdoor gatherings with views of Lake Oconee. The Lake Village offers a peaceful setting but is close to all of Cuscowillas amenities.

Although it is only one roomthe Studio Golf Cottage is spacious with vaulted ceilings and is highlighted by a large granite stacked stone fireplace. It is furnished with a breakfast table for 2 plus a TV (cable), VCR/DVD. The kitchenette has a granite counter top, sink, microwave, mini-fridge w/freezer, toaster and coffee pot. The patios are furnished with table & chairs and a charcoal grill is located between lake villas 115 & 116.
