Situated in the trees, our 115 guest rooms have beautiful views of our secluded wooded setting.     Take Exit 4 (Spaulding Turnpike) for 5 miles. At Exit 6 West, take Route 4 West for 5 1/2 miles to the Madbury Road traffic light. Turn left onto Madbury Road and go one mile to the Edgewood Road stop sign. Turn Right onto Edgewood Road for approximately 1/2 mile to Strafford Avenue, which is on your left. Take Strafford Avenue one block and the New England Center is on your right. Take Exit 5(Spaulding Turnpike) for 5 miles. At Exit 6 West, take Route 4 West for 5 1/2 miles to the Madbury Road traffic light. Turn left onto Madbury Road and go one mile to the Edgewood Road stop sign. Turn Right onto Edgewood Road for approximately 1/2 mile to Strafford Avenue, which is on your left. Take Strafford Avenue one block and the New England Center is on your right. Leaving the airport, turn right onto Brown Avenue. From Brown Avenue, take I-293 to I-93 North. Once you are on I-93 North, immediately get into the right lane and prepare to exit right at Exit 7, Route 101 East toward Portsmouth, NH. Follow Route 101 East for approximately 18 miles and take Exit 7 Epping/Kingston/Durham, Route 125 North. Follow Route 125 North for 10 miles to the Lee Traffic Circle, Route 4 East. Enter the traffic circle and turn right onto Route 4 East toward Portsmouth, NH. Follow Route 4 East for 4 miles to the Madbury Road traffic light. Take a right at the lights onto Madbury Road. Follow Madbury Road for approximately one mile to the stop sign at the corner of Madbury and Edgewood Roads. Turn right onto Edgewood Road for approximately 1/2 mile to Strafford Avenue, which is on your left. Take Strafford Avenue one block and the New England Center is on your right. Estimated Drive Time - 45 minutes From Logan Airport, take Route 1A North ramp towards Revere/Lynn. Follow to Route 60 then follow signs for Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 North to I-95 North/New Hampshire & all Maine Points. From I-95 Traveling North - Take Exit 4 (Spaulding Turnpike) for 5 miles. At Exit 6 West, take Route 4 West for 5 1/2 miles to the Madbury Road traffic light. Turn left onto Madbury Road and go one mile to the Edgewood Road stop sign. Turn right onto Edgewood Road for approximately 1/2 mile to Strafford Avenue, which is on your left. Take Strafford Avenue one block and the New England Center is on your right.     Acorns Restaurant, Café and Lounge  Massive fieldstone fireplace. Floor to ceiling windows. Dramatic views of our wooded setting. Acorns Restaurant, Café, and Lounge offer the perfect atmosphere for fine dining in a casual setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner. With seating for 250, Acorns serves both the public and guests of our conference center. Variety is the key at Acorns. Our menu includes traditional favorites such as New England Clam Chowder and Filet Mignon, as well as contemporary creations such as Grilled Maine Lobster Tail Martini with tangy vegetable slaw and Grilled Ahi Tuna with toasted sesame and shallot vinaigrette. Acorns has received numerous accolades for its fine cuisine and most recently was awarded an 88 for "Gourmet Greatness" by the Phantom Gourmet (New England Cable News) for its Sunday brunch. Especially high marks were received for quality, portions, service, atmosphere, and value.
