Property Description
The Best Western Sweetwater offers 137 rooms surrounding a large, enclosed, climate-controlled courtyard with heated pool and spa, and Cracker Barrel restaurant adjacent with Tennessee's largest flea market next door. We offer a FREE Hot Breakfast featuring different hot items each day. Our rooms have a 27-inch television, Serta Perfect Sleeper beds, hairdryer, coffee maker, microfridge, and an iron and ironing board. There are three large banquet rooms with a total capacity of 500 plus conference room - banquets and meetings are our specialty. We are located virtually at the entrance of the Cherokee National Forest and the Smoky Mountains, with white water rafting and abundant water sports everywhere around us. We are off the beaten trail, but convenient to Cherokee, North Carolina and casino gambling. You will experience roads less traveled through the pristine mountains of Cherokee Forest and the Smokies. For history buffs, Historic Dayton, Tenn. is just minutes away from where the world-famous Scopes Monkey Trial took place and the old court house is now a museum with annual reenactments of the trial. And finally, the Lost Sea Caverns are just six minutes from our front door - a must see when you stay at the Best Western Sweetwater. We are just a short drive from Knoxville, Chattanooga, and the Great Smoky Mountains. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, we are your home away from home.
