Guarantee Policy
All reservations require a deposit to a credit card at time of booking for 1 night plus 15 percent service charge and 7 percent taxes. Exceptions may apply during holidays/ special events and conventions/ see rate rules.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to avoid forfeit of 1 night deposit plus tax.No-shows forfeit 1 night deposit plus svc fee and tax.The Homestead applies the deposit to the last night of the stay/an early departure will result in forfeit.
