The bedding will vary from unit to unit; our most popular bedding is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the second and a queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. Some units may have a queen in each bedroom. The approximate square footage is 800 feet.
2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condominium:
2 bedroom 2 bath condo has full kitchen, TV/VCR, fireplace. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condos have a fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, cable TV/VCR, private phone line, and 2 full bathrooms. The units are approximately 900 square feet. Bedding will vary from each unit, our most popular bedding is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. All condominium units have full equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace, cable TV/VCR, private balcony, private phone line and full bathroom. Queen bed is located in an alcove off of the living room. The approximate square footage in the unit is 480 feet.

From the Denver International Airport or the Denver metro area, Interstate 70 West to extit 232 to Highway 40. Highway 40 will proceed over Berthoud Pass and will become the main street of downtown Winter Park. We are located 3 blocks into downtown on the right side of Highway 40 in the Park Place Shopping Center. We are at the end of the 'L' shaped building. The shopping center also contains a Conoco gas station and the local movie theater.
