Conch Villa:
Our 950 sq. ft. Conch Villas are two-story townhouse units which feature 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a queen bed in the master bedroom and either one queen bed or two twin beds in the second bedroom. Downstairs, these units have a full kitchen and separate living and dining areas. Additionally, the living area has a queen sofa bed. Conch Villas are the perfect fit for guests who wish to enjoy private decks, balcony porches, and washer and dryer. Five person maximum occupancy.
Cottage Villa 2 bedroom:
For the family that needs a little extra room, our 1,320 sq. ft. 2-Bedroom Cottage Villas are two-story townhouse units which feature 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, with a king bed in the master bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. Downstairs, these units have a full kitchen and separate living and dining areas. Additionally, Cottage Villas include a den on the first floor with a queen sofa bed. Cottage Villas are the perfect fit for guests who wish to enjoy private decks, balcony porches, and a washer and dryer. Six person maximum occupancy.
Island View Guest Room:
Island view guestrooms feature 420 sq. ft. of spacious accommodations with separate bath and vanity areas, 2 queen beds, a small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Relax on the balcony porch with views of the island and resort grounds. Four person maximum occupancy
Water View Guest Room:
Unwind at the end of the day on a private balcony porch overlooking the pool, lagoon or ocean. Water view guestrooms feature 420 sq. ft. of spacious accommodations with separate bath and vanity areas, 1 king bed, a small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Two person maximum occupancy.
Marina Villa:
Our 1,650 sq. ft. Marina Villas are single floor condominium units which feature 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. These units have a full kitchen and separate living and dining areas. Additionally, the living area has a queen sofa bed. Marina Villas are the perfect fit for guests who wish to enjoy large screened in porches, close proximity to our marina, spacious living accommodations and a washer and dryer. Six person maximum occupancy.
