Saluda is a charming town of about 600 that features good restaurants, live music, craft shops, antiques, a spa, and an outfitter specializing in trout fishing. Activities include visiting spectacular waterfalls, hiking, tubing on the Green River, the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Carl Sandburg house, and dancing at the Saluda Mountain Jamboree.
