Pier One units are rented Saturday to Saturday. Call the owners for shorter stays. 3 night minimum available occasionally. First built as a boathouse in the 1850's on Clark Point in Southwest Harbor, the original shingle style house maintains its 19th century charm and warm and welcoming Downeast Maine appearance. The property has been lovingly transformed over the past century into a beautifully landscaped private vacation rental compound that welcomes singles, couples, families, kids and, sometimes, even pets.
