Maui-Where Abundance Flows. Sleep to the soothing sounds of cool evening trade winds as they lift the heavenly aroma of night blooming jasmine through the Maui night. Awake to the heady scent of gardenias, and yellow ginger and a cheerful concert of cardinals and mourning doves. You may pick your own fruit and flowers or just sit next to our gurgling little brook and enjoy a quiet afternoon. During winter months you could be lucky and be here when Jaws, the 40 foot surfing and windsurfing wave goes off. TropoHouse Bed and Breakfast is a 3-story redwood, cedar and glass retreat wrapped in decks and surrounded by tropical vegetation. It offers sweeping views of Hawaiian jungle and farmland. It boasts a large fully equipped kitchen, expansive common living and dining room including a beautiful sun deck furnished for your lounging enjoyment as well as a luau barbeque area. We provide a light breakfast of bagels, fresh-picked fruits, coffee and tea. Telephone and fax service is available for free locally. Cable T.V. and high speed internet is available in rooms. Most rooms are equipped with mini refrigerators, ceiling fans and all have TVs and DVDs. There is a DVD library and book exchange in the living room. A coin operated laundry facility is adjacent. Beach accessories, such as coolers, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards and beach towels are available for your convenience. Our friendly staff will make sure you have plenty of clean towels or information on local activities. TropoHouse Bed and Breakfast is also available for small groups, weddings, conferences and workshops. Catering is available upon request.

In Haiku one block above the Hana Hwy on E.Kuiaha Rd. -- Directions -- From the Kahului Airport take the Hana Hwy. Rt. 36 East through Paia Town, past Mamas Fish House, Hookipa Beach State Park and the Haiku Community Center. One mile past the Haiku Community Center is the 13 mile marker. You will then see a Do Not Pass sign, followed by a Reduced Speed 30 sign. Turn right directly after this sign onto East Kuiaha Road, the East Kuiaha street sign is hidden until you are right at it. Go one block up the hill to the stop sign. Here sits Tropohouse Bed and Breakfast.
